Welcome to Inn the Mountains. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.

1. Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Inn the Mountains.
Guests must provide accurate and complete information while making a reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued.
Room allocation is subject to availability and may vary from the images shown on the website.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: As mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Check-out: As mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication may be treated as a no-show.

3. Guest Information & Occupancy

The number of guests staying must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the booked room.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
Visitors may be permitted at the property’s discretion and may be subject to applicable rules or charges.
Guests are responsible for providing valid identification as required by applicable laws.

4. Payments

All applicable charges must be paid according to the payment terms displayed at the time of booking.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the booking.
Any refund, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or as otherwise permitted by the payment provider.
Payment gateway charges or other non-refundable charges may not be included in a refund where applicable.
No-shows and early departures may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Property Rules

Guests are expected to:

Maintain cleanliness and respect the property and surrounding environment.
Avoid excessive noise, especially during designated quiet hours.
Follow all safety instructions provided by the property.
Use rooms, furniture, appliances, and other facilities responsibly.
Avoid activities that may disturb other guests or damage the property.

7. Damage or Loss

Guests may be held responsible for damage, breakage, loss, or misuse of property caused by themselves or members of their group.
The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Inn the Mountains is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items unless required by applicable law.

8. Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Activities

Guests must comply with all applicable laws regarding alcohol and other restricted activities.
Illegal activities, dangerous behavior, possession of prohibited substances, or activities that threaten the safety of guests or staff are strictly prohibited.
The management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property for serious violations of these rules, subject to applicable law.

9. Children & Additional Guests

Children are welcome subject to the occupancy limits and applicable booking conditions.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children during their stay.
Additional guests may only stay with prior approval from the property and may incur additional charges.

10. Pets

Pets are permitted only if specifically approved by Inn the Mountains in advance. Additional conditions or charges may apply.

11. Facilities & Services

Certain facilities or services may be unavailable temporarily due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Outdoor facilities and activities may be affected by weather and local conditions.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes whenever possible.

12. Photography & Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that photographs, descriptions, room details, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor differences in furnishings, décor, views, or room layout may occur.

13. Force Majeure

Inn the Mountains will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, road closures, power or communication failures, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

14. Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay

Inn the Mountains reserves the right to refuse or terminate a reservation or stay where a guest:

Violates these Terms & Conditions or property rules.
Engages in illegal, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Causes significant damage to the property.
Provides false or misleading information during booking.

Any such action will be taken subject to applicable law and the terms of the booking.

15. Website Use

The content of the Inn the Mountains website is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time. Users agree not to misuse, copy, reproduce, or interfere with the website or its content without permission.

16. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking or through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

Inn the Mountains may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the website or future bookings after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Uttarakhand, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
